Ms. Taruna Dubey

Ms. Taruna Dubey is working as Lecturer in the Department of Economics, Udhampur Campus, University of Jammu, India. She possesses 13 years of teaching experience. She has attended and presented number of papers in various national and international conferences. She has also published papers in various reputed journals and edited books. She has attended online workshops regarding research and faculty development programmes. She has four years of research experience. She had attended and organised workshops and webinars.

Dr. Sunita Kumari

Dr. Sunita Kumari holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Jammu under the supervision of Prof. Prakash. C. Antahal. Her research focuses on the financial performance of state power utilities with a case study of Jammu and Kashmir. She has published extensively on issues like unemployment, trade, energy losses, and the role of co-operatives in economic growth. Her work appears in reputed journals such as IJRA and IMPACT. Her academic interests include public sector performance, development economics, and macroeconomic policy. Dr. Kumari’s research combines empirical analysis with policy relevance, particularly in the context of regional and national development.

Dr. Som Raj

Dr. Som Raj, his research work has been carried out in the P.G Department of Economics, University of Jammu, under the supervision of Dr. Sunita Sharma (H.O.D and Professor). The objective of the research was to investigate the Impact of Vocational Training (Through ITIs) on Socio-Economic Conditions of Youth in the Study Area. He has authored one scholarly article in a reputed international journal, published a textbook, more than ten research papers published in international and national journals and many workshops, seminars (National and international) attended and participated in FDP.

Dr. Maliha Batool

Dr. Maliha Batool is having Doctorate degree in Economics from the Department of Economics (University of Jammu) under the supervision of Prof. Prakash C. Antahal. Her research focuses on the pattern of energy consumption among rural and urban households of Jammu and Kashmir. She has published more than ten papers in reputed scopus, care listed and ugc journals on issues like , energy and its role in the economic growth, empirical analysis of fuel mix, infrastructure as a tool of development etc. Her academic interests include infrastructure economics, energy economics, development economics, macro economics and Public policy.
