Dr. Neetu Kumari

Dr. Neetu Kumari is Lecturer in the Department of Commerce, Udhampur Campus, University of Jammu, India. She has 8 years of teaching and research experience. She has completed her Doctoral Research Degree from Department of Commerce, University of Jammu on the topic “Relationship among Service Quality Measures in Healthcare Sector”, under Prof Hardeep Chahal, Department of Commerce, University of Jammu. Her research is acknowledged in International journals such as Journal of Relationship Marketing, International Journal of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Marketing, Management Research Review, Health Marketing Quarterly, Journal of Indian Business Research; and National Journal Asian Academic Research, Journal of Social Science & Humanities, The Indian Journal of Commerce, Global Research Review, International Journal of Management Studies and International Journal of Customer Relationship Management etc. She has presented papers at various international and national seminars and conferences.

Ms. Mamta Sharma

Ms. Mamta Sharma is working as Lecturer in the Department of Commerce, Udhampur Campus, University of Jammu, India. She has 5 years of teaching experience. She has attended and presented number of papers in various national and international conferences. She has also published papers in various reputed journals. She has also published a book named e-commerce.

Mr. Mukesh Kumar

Mr. Mukesh Kumar is working as Lecturer in the Department of Commerce, Udhampur Campus, University of Jammu, India.

Dr. Kamani Dutta

Dr. Kamani Dutta has teaching as well as 5 years of research experience. She has completed her Doctoral Research Degree on the topic “Exploring determinants, dimensions and outcomes of customer experience in selected services” under the supervision of Prof Hardeep Chahal from Department of Commerce, University of Jammu. She has attended many national and international conferences as well as workshops. Her research is acknowledged in national and international Journals such as The Marketing Review, Decision and NICE Journal of Business.

Ms. Ritika Sambyal

Ms. Ritika Sambyal has teaching as well as 7 years of research experience. She has done her M.Phil (Commerce) from University of Jammu. She is pursuing her doctoral degree from the same university on the Topic “Examining the Outcomes of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives of Companies in Punjab State” under the supervision of Dr. Gurjeet Kaur Sahi, from P.G Department of Commerce, University of Jammu, Jammu. Her research is acknowledged in national and international Journals such as Vikalpa: The Journal for Decision Makers and Journal of Global Marketing. She has presented research papers in various national and international conferences.
